Friends of Family Health Center (FOFHC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community health center with locations in La Habra, Tustin, Ontario, La Puente, and Pico Rivera, California. Our professional staff includes Board Certified Pediatricians, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Dentists, Board Certified Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Chiropractors. Our health centers feature state-of-the-art equipment and a paperless electronic health record system.

Our mission is to provide access to affordable, quality medical, dental, and behavioral health care services to all residents of Southern California communities, especially the vulnerable populations.
