Institute for Healthcare Advancement (IHA) Announces
Separation of Friends of Family Health Center (FOFHC) as of July 1st;
FOFHC Becomes Its Own Nonprofit Entity
La Habra, Calif. – June 14, 2010 – The Institute for Healthcare Advancement (IHA) announces several changes to its healthcare delivery services program, effective July 1st:
- Friends of Children Health Center is now called Friends of Family Health Center (FOFHC). FOFHC offers children, teen, adult and senior medical services and dental services for children and teens.
- Friends of Family (FOFHC) has become an independent healthcare organization, operating under its own 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable designation.
- IHA will provide administrative management services for FOFHC as a partner.
- David Lee, M.H.A. will serve as Executive Director of FOFHC. Gloria Mayer, R.N., Ed.D., FAAN, remains President/CEO of IHA.
