Welcome

The Friends of Family Health Center (FOFHC) is a not-for-profit, 501 (c)(3) charitable organization based in La Habra, California. We provide medical/dental services for children, and medical services for adults and seniors, regardless of where they live.

Our health center features state-of-the-art equipment and a paperless electronic health record system.

All of our providers speak:

Please contact us ahead of time if you need services in another language not listed here. We will arrange for interpreter services that best meet your needs.

We provide medical and dental services to PPO, HMO, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Family PACT, MSI, uninsured, medically underserved and other patients who have no medical home.

We strongly believe that quality healthcare should be available to everyone.  We look forward to being your new medical home.
